Ever dreamt of a cute comfy car going off road with ease? Wait until this August, to view and review Porsche Cayenne Coupe – a probable crossover of SUV features with a coupe. Spy photos of the internal design model were providing a platform for great expectations.
Clues were given by the Porsche team indicates the exotic car is a response to the BMW X6, Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe and the Audi Q8 versions – a car for the drivers hungry for happenings.
Porsche Cayenne Coupe is designed for performance cum comfort, dynamics with efficiency, for the career bound to family bound. The vehicle front more towards Porsche Cayenne sporty design providing the car room with a raised roof with a much larger bumper, at the rear end the roof and side panels were more related to the coupe design of the Panamera, it looks cute, sturdy and handsome.
Expectations are for a V6 300-410hp generated engine or for a twin-turbo V8 engine to produce 510-560hp. There are hopes for a hybrid version of 3.0lt V6 heart with an ability to generate 410hp, and a diesel option of a 4.1lt V6 engine powering for 380hp. This will estimate an acceleration of 0-60mph in 6.5 seconds to breed 155mph at its maximum, less powerful than its SUV breeder performance. Fuel consumption was guesstimated for 21mpg within city limits and 24mpg in highways.
SUVs are built on light truck chassis, four-door family vehicle, with a tall interior, high seating positions and allowing a good ground clearance for rugged use. Not all those could be expected in a coupe model, which is shorter, two doors, with a fastback roof reducing the headroom for back seat passengers if four seats were provided. How those were amalgamated to a single design to build the new Porsche Cayenne Coupe exotic car is yet to investigate.
Design of the interior yet to meet, the potential is more towards a Cayenne-based interior, capacitive touch panels, advanced technological upgrades for infotainment gadgets, fine-tuned for serenity inside despite the boom of the V6 engine, to entertain high note auditory pleasures of luxury exotic cars. Finishes at top notch the upholstery will be up to the standards of the exotic car legend.
Not released to the public the SUV coupe of the Porsche Cayenne will build up rumour exposing the level of expectations placed for this newcomer.
